ABOUT

Hi, I'm Kim and I've had a love for Pilates since my first mat class in my 20's. 

In 2022, I decided that I wanted to deepen my understanding and learn to teach the practice and in August of the same year became a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, through Breathe Education.

Since then I have taught both mat and reformer group classes at various Pilates,Yoga and Fitness studios in Perth.

I'm also the co-founder of a Dance- Stretch-Connect event incorporating mat Pilates, Jungle Body Dancing and Sound Bath.

I have found Pilates to be a practice which makes your core stronger, your limbs longer and provides a total body workout. Overall Pilates gives you the confidence to move your body how you want, and need to, in everyday life. You become more flexible, mobile and have better quality movement for everyday life tasks. Additionally, the mind and body connection positively impacts your overall health.

 

This lifelong practice is a great accompaniment to all forms of fitness, for all ages and fitness levels. I'm grateful to be able to share my knowledge and experience of this fitness modality.
